A walkthrough of the live sample lab, so you can see the output before signing into anything.
The demo is open and needs no signup, but it is an application, so search engines cannot see inside it. This page is the readable version.
Open the live demoThe sample lab billed ₹53.27 lakh across 4,544 bills in a quarter, and had collected 34.5% of it. That gap — roughly ₹34.9 lakh sitting with credit accounts — is the first thing the engine has an opinion about.
Rather than a dashboard to interpret, the output is a ranked list. In the sample lab it opens with:
| Severity | Finding |
|---|---|
| Critical | ₹22,47,233 outstanding past 30 days — 42% of billing |
| Critical | Only 34.5% of billed revenue realised so far |
| Warning | Three accounts hold ₹14,90,356 of working capital |
| Warning | A regular account silent two months — about ₹1,10,474/month |
| Warning | A consistent referring doctor stopped referring |
Each finding names the number and a specific next step, because "collections are low" is not an action and "work the 30-60 day bucket, it is spread across 11 accounts with no single one to chase" is.
Every account gets two numbers that answer different questions. Rev % is how much of the lab it represents. Momentum is which way it is moving. In the sample data one account is up 115.5% while another is down 21.4% — the same table, two completely different conversations.
Momentum requires the account to have been present across the window, not merely to have prior revenue. An account that onboarded two days before the period closed would otherwise report several thousand percent growth, which is arithmetic rather than news.
Each test is priced across every account that buys it. In the sample lab one health package ranges from ₹1,700 to ₹2,500 across eleven accounts — an ₹800 spread — and the account paying the least also orders below average volume, which is a discount that did not buy what it was meant to.
